Our practice is nestled in a historic neighborhood, in the heart of Orlando; just 20 to 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Our offices are surrounded by many upscale hotels. Should you desire, private recovery care can be arranged. Our fully accredited outpatient surgical suite provides maximum privacy for out of town patients.

Your Virtual Consultation

Everyone who participates in the Virtual Consultation process will receive:

A proposed surgical plan
A determination of the required recovery time before being permitted to return home. Generally, patients are advised to arrive at least 48 hours prior to surgery. Depending on your procedure, you will need to remain in the area for a few days or up to 2 weeks in certain cases. The post-surgery recovery period and follow-up visits will be customized for each patient as necessary.
A preliminary determination of your medical fitness for surgery and any pretesting or medical clearance required by Dr. Spence prior to his permitting the procedure to being scheduled. When medical clearance is necessary, our vacationing patients are able to efficiently address that need prior to arriving for cosmetic surgery in Orlando, Florida.
Every effort is made to carefully construct a fee quote that our patients can rely on when deciding on surgery. Cost is always a factor in any worthwhile decision.
Our vacationing patients are provided with the personal attention of Dr. Spence's patient care manager, who assists each patient schedule their surgery and coordinate the surgical date with your travel plans.
