Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This 19 year old is from Winter Springs, Florida.  In her own words, she requested larger, fuller breasts.  She felt that she needed more cleavage to be confident with the fit of her clothing.  She also requested correction in the difference in size of her breasts.  She was an A cup and stated that she would be happy with a full C cup.

Based on the patient’s request for improved upper chest fullness, smooth round moderate profile saline implants were chosen and placed in the submuscular position, 390 and 370cc.  The breast crease was used as this was nicely defined and could hide the very small scar.   Factors such as chest wall shape, hips, and body proportion were taken into account.

Her breast augmentation went very well and she is very happy with her current shape and size.  The mild asymmetry was corrected and her breasts are soft and natural looking.
