This 47-year-old patient from Lakeland, Florida is 113 lbs and 5 ft 3 is in excellent physical shape. She wanted larger breasts all her life. She was now at the stage in her life that she could have surgery. She was a B cup and wished to be a full C. She had some droop to her breasts but did not want any scars. Body proportion was very important to her. Taken into consideration were the following factors: breast shape, the amount of droop, as well as skin and breast tissue thickness, in a patient that does not want any scars on the breast; the body proportion was evaluated in terms of chest width, hips, height, and waist. She compared high profile moderate profile and low profile implants, evaluating how much cleavage she desired.
