This 55-year-old female patient from Kissimmee, Florida is a 5 ft 2, 120 lbs career driven individual. She decided that she wanted to feel slim and trim and lost 50 lbs over a 3-year period. She felt that her breasts were deflated and drooping, her abdomen was not as tight as she would like, and her waist was too wide. She also wanted more volume to her breasts. During her evaluation she was found to have significant droop to her breasts (grade III) and fatty deposits at the sides of her chest, obscuring the contour of her breasts. Her nipples were much lower than her breast crease. She had good skin good tone with only a few stretch marks. Her abdominal muscles were lax and she had stretch marks above and below her belly button. She had excess skin crowding the belly button, which also lacked definition. The patient chose smooth, round saline implants placed in the partial submuscular position with a vertical scar breast lift. After a discussion of different implant profiles (shapes) she opted for a moderate profile implant to achieve the amount of cleavage that she wanted. The breast implant volumes chosen were 375cc. The fatty deposits at the anterior portion of the chest wall were dealt with by liposuction. This patient had a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening above and below the belly button. The waist was narrowed with liposuction, her belly button was reshaped, and the excess skin and fat from her upper and lower abdomen was removed. Her scars were hidden around the belly button and in her panty lines. She is shown at 4 months after surgery. She loves her breasts and abdomen and is very pleased with her new look. Her scars will fade even more. She has returned to full normal activity and she reports that her clothes fit better. She is enjoying her new body proportion.
